Frequently Asked Questions

How do I Bid Now/Buy Now?
Get your credit card ready and click the "Buy Now" button under the item you want.

How do I find out more about the item I want to buy?
A real cool way is to increase the zoom percentage level to 200% in your browser while looking at the photos. Also, if you feel it is an important enough question, email us. We can't guarantee we will get back to you before the item sells, but give it a shot anyway.

How do I know if I won the item... after I paid for it through (PayPal, Google)?
There is a lag time between your purchase and our notification. We process orders on a first-come, first served basis. If you were second in line, your card or bank account will not be charged.

How soon will I receive my item
Your item should arrive in the time as follows: Bank Approval Notification Time To Us + Crating Time + Shipping Transit Time. That could be from 4 days for smaller items to a week or more for larger crated items. By using a professional internet tracking system offered by the likes of FedEx, UPS, US Mail or the shipping/freight services described HERE you can track your item in nearly real time. Any other questions, email us at info@AntiqueAuctionStore.com

Does the price on the Countdown include shipping, packing, handling, insurance, etc?
No. The "Buy Now" price is for the item "as is, where is."

How much will it cost to ship to my location?
That all depends on where the item is and where you live, and if you can pick it up locally or are having it shipped, among other things. The reason we supply a list of recommended shippers (on the Payment/Shipping tab at the top of each page) is so that you can get a firm quote on shipping charges. We strongly encourage using a professional service as explained in the video HERE

How much does it cost to pack the item?

How do I make a claim if the item is damaged in shipping?
If you purchased insurance from the shipper, immediately write on the bill of lading that the package/crate box is damaged and phone the appropriate shipper immediately for a claim.

Is there a guarantee that I will like the item I bought?
We encourage you to make all "due diligence" before your purchase. All sales are final.
