PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy demonstrates our desire to protect your privacy and security, and describes how we collect information for those who come to our website, the visitors and those who purchase products and/or pay fees, if any.  It also describes what we do with the information we collect and choices you have about that collection and use.  Please read this Policy carefully.

Depending on what part of our website you are on, we may collect information in different ways.  We use information we collect to help customize your use of our website, its products and services and usually do not share it with any 3rd party unless we feel it is necessary because as required by law or other special cases.

We may ask you to give us personal information when you sign up for products or services or use parts of the website.  We might ask name, email address, phone number, billing info such as credit or debit cards for paying for products or services, or the type of computer operating system you are using.  None of this info is shared with anyone unless we deem it necessary for buisness or lawful purposes, and we like to use third party ultra-secure services like PayPal, Google, and popular and heavily secure shopping carts to protect your information.  We don't share that info either to anyone except in special circumstances such as by law.

When we join with other partners who jointly promote our service with us or us with their service, we won't disclose your non-banking information such as name and address to them unless you subscribe to those joint services that are clearly presented to you as a joint service.  You always have the right to unsubscribe from every email or promotion that uses any joint advertising.  You also must opt-in or out.  We won't automatically opt you in or out of any joint or solely our own promotions.

Our company will not share personal information with anyone unless we feel we are required by law.

When we suggest you go to a website for online shopping, you might be able to purchase products and services or receive information, catalogs or updates from them.  But should you be asked by them to provide your personal information, that is up to you to do so.  Be sure to read their Privacy Policy, too, and other documents usually located at the bottom of their pages.

We have no control over 3rd party’s use of your info when you place an order, so be careful.

If you purchase a product, service or digitally formatted information from us that is shipped by a 3rd party, we will use that info to process your order.  We'll only use that info for that purpose and won't use it otherwise.

If we ask you questions for a survey, or in advertisements and joint ventures, only the aggregate results (or demographics of the group) will ever be shown, and not your personal information unless you notify us it is OK to do so.

We'll use your email address to return inquiries that you have initiated from that email address.  We don't use that email address for other purposes.  Each email address we use for commercial purposes must be opted-in.

We may disclose your personal information, at our discretion, if we believe it is reasonable to do for collection agencies, merchant databases, law enforcement or to satisfy law, including for the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, the Child Online Privacy Act, regulations, or governmental or legal requests for such information.

We might disclose info to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms Of Service, or other user policies.

We might disclose info to operate our business properly or to protect us or our members and users.
