Refund and Return Policy IMPORTANT! This document governs your purchases from this site. It is provided by our company and by purchasing from this site you acknowledge that you accept these terms. Please read these terms regularly to check if you agree with them. Our refund policy is as follows: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds, no returns and no exchanges allowed. Any returns, refunds or exchnages forced by any entity will include a 10% stocking fee, must be sent back to either the original or other location as designated by us, and that all shipping, boxing/crating and freight charges and surcharges must be prepaid by you, and must have insurance to cover the value prepaid at your expense. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number provided by us that is clearly marked on the shipping documents. By purchasing on this site, you agree that in any successful effort by you to return an item to us, that we will not include reimbursement to you of any of the original shipping, crating, packing, insurance, unrecoverable merchant fees, litigation fees, fuel or other surcharges by carriers or any other non-item fees charged by us, a merchant service or another entity trying to collect on the refund transaction. You must prepay to us the non-recoverable charges we have incurred for the refunding transaction prior to receiving a Return Authorization Number. You will receive an itemized invoice on these charges. You agree that you and this document will be governed and has exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the counties of Woodford and/or Tazewell of Illinois USA. You consent to that by purchasing from this website or if you have any dispute with us. We also will use those counties in Illinois USA to pursue our remedies against your contesting of chargebacks and fees that are not in line with this policy. If any part of this document is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions, and is the entire agreement among the parties relating to this subject matter. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any additional terms and conditions of refunds from on this site will govern the items to which they pertain.
